Last week was another interesting one the wide world of sports, particularly on the gridiron. You know what I'm talking about, The Punch Heard Round the World! A few days ago, Jets signal caller Geno Smith had his jaw broken by former Jets LB Ikemefuna Enemkpali (don't worry, I had never heard of him before this either). Now I've read reports stating that this was all over a $600 debt owed by Smith, and as a man, you must honor your debts, but it's $600! Enemkpali was scheduled to make $510k with the Jest. I'm not at all suggesting he let the debt just go ignored, but was there no other way to handle it that would NOT have resulting in you losing your job?? I think this is a case that needs to be brought before Man Court.
Case #600J
ALL RISE!
Today we have assembled to decide the facts of Man Cave Case #600J. You, the jury, are tasked with deciding whether or not the events of the above referenced incident violated Man Law. Either party can be found guilty or innocent. Mr. Enemkpali for punching his QB resulting in the loss of his job, or Mr. Smith for not paying a debt owed. Please consider only the facts presented over the past week when considering your decision. Leave your verdict in the comments. We will recess until next Monday.
