So let's talk about one of the heroes of WWII, the B-25 bomber! If there was action to be found, the B-25 was there! This bomber was manufactured by North American Aviation and featured twin engines that allowed the plane to cruise up to 230 MPH. The plan was introduced in 1941 and served proudly in many countries until it was retired in 1979. You can see the plane in movies such as "Pearl Harbor" and "30 Seconds Over Tokyo".
This week we bring to you your ring girl's favorite ring girl, first lady of the UFC, the beautiful Arianny! @AriannyCeleste It was noticed that I gave little acknowledgment to older bombers, so here I am changing that and giving reverence to these legendary airplanes. This week we will feature the Boeing B-29 Superfortress. The plane is powered by 4 propeller engines which gave it enough power to fit its role as a heavy bomber. Development of the bomber began in 1938, and was introduced in May of 1944. The Bomber is well known as being the type of plane used to drop the first atomic bomb on japan; the Enola Gay. The legacy of this type of plane was cemented on August 6.1945. I introduce to you the B-29 Superfortress.
