instructions:
(preheat over at 350 degrees)
1. Season the Salmon, there are TONS of ways to season it. But I keep it simple with seasoning salt, lemon pepper, and soy sauce.
2. Prepare the crust. Crumble pecans into a bowl with the Panko Bread Crumbs. Melt butter and pour it over and make sure enough butter touches ALL of the bread crumbs or it won't harden. Mix in a bowl.
3. Take the cranberry sauce and spread it over the salmon. Add the Pecan and Panko bread crumb mix on top. Throw it in the over for 15 minutes and you're good!
If you want to make it look fancy and appealing to the eye, throw some spinach under it on the plate! Women love when they feel like you've put thought into something sweet!.
