-Vitamin A-Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that acts as an antioxidant. It is also a vitamin that helps prevent cancer. It also is used for vision and the growth of bones.

Blackberries are low in calories, virtually fat free, and high in fiber and rich in nutrients. There have also been studies proving that they can help lower risk of health problems, periodontal disease and age-related decline in motor and cognitive function.
